We can say with confidence that we now have a few trusted farmers across Europe that provide a high level of fish husbandry & care - which we believe is essential in today’s Caviar production. 

Kenkona have successfully sourced substantial quantities of high quality traditional Caviar from two highly respected farms in Europe.  

Additionally we have secured a quantity of our signature KC Caviar - ethical and sustainable Caviar, made on our sister farm in Germany. All available with  discounts and free next day delivery to your door.

Every tin of our Caviar has the following information: The type of food, ingredient list, Allergenic items in bold, the  % of each ingredient, use by date, net quantity in grams plus the name and address of the supplier, storage instructions and a nutritional declaration. Plus any preservatives if added. In the case of Caviar from our  farm in Germany we show the fish ID that provided the eggs to make the Dariqus 100% Ethical & Sustainable Caviar. However, you will see from the listings this Caviar is slightly more expensive that traditional.

To meet the continued demand for traditional Caviar. We have negotiated a deal with two  well-respected EU traditional farmers which will be rebranded in the UK as Serendipity Caviar. This Caviar contains a preservative to increase shelf life.

We do not charge for delivery or collection. However, to ensure the Caviar arrives in perfect condition we double wrap in bubble envelopes and include ice packs to cover the journey. When selecting your product you will be prompted to tick the packing box and agree to the £5 cost implication.
